​Michelle is a lively spirit who enjoys laughing and making the best out of every situation. Her teaching principle is to serve her students by sharing her knowledge, resources and journey with them to aid in their growth on and off the mat. Being described as “compassionate,” “caring,” “devoted,” and “honest,” you will find her classes to be filled with the same characteristics. Michelle loves to explore new styles of yoga but still remains in love with the"traditional" essence of yoga. She continues on her own journey of self-study and enjoys bringing this journey into her classes.

Michelle has attended many workshops and strives to always remain a student first. She has been inspired and will forever be grateful to Alexis Martin, Briohny Smyth, Dice Iida Klein, Tiffany Cruikshank, Krishna Das, BKS Iyengar and her students.

Michelle is a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, a Certified Buti Yoga Instructor, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, is married and the mother of two inspiring souls. She is enjoying the lessons learned from her family while balancing life as a practicing yogini.

Be prepared for an engaging and fun class with emphasis on alignment, creativity and finding your own yoga. Om Shanti
